The Hartselle, Alabama facility has served as JIT Industries’ corporate headquarters and primary manufacturing location since 2001. As the company’s central hub for manufacturing and engineering, it produces and repairs hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, performs precision CNC machining, and provides engineering support and industrial maintenance services for customers across a wide range of industries. The facility manufactures both standard and custom-engineered cylinders designed to meet each customer’s specific application and performance requirements. Every cylinder undergoes rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure reliability and performance in demanding industrial applications.
The 38,000-square-foot facility is equipped with advanced manufacturing and machining equipment, including 5-ton overhead cranes in the high bay and an extensive lineup of machining centers. Its equipment includes two manual mills, four CNC mills, four manual lathes, three CNC lathes, and a recently added Mazak Quick Turn 350MY-60 CNC lathe, which has expanded the facility’s machining capabilities and efficiency. These resources enable JIT to produce high-quality, precision-engineered components while maintaining some of the industry’s fastest turnaround times. The Hartselle facility supports customers in the steel, wood products, aerospace, paper, and oil and gas industries, providing dependable manufacturing and repair solutions that help keep critical operations running.
