At our headquarters in Birmingham, we manufacture ductile iron pipe for water and wastewater transmission in sizes 4 to 64 inches in diameter. Ductile iron pip is made from at least 90% recycled materials – shredded cars and other ferrous metals that would otherwise fill our landfills – and is itself 100% recyclable.
Also made in Birmingham is high-frequency-welded steel pipe for the energy and carbon industries, as well as structural pipe for piling and casing. Our two mills produce more pipe from 12.75 to 24 inches in diameter and up to 80 feet in length.
